ARE YOU GETTING ENOUGH IRON?

There are 3 main causes of low iron in the body : 
  1. Loss of blood during menstrual flow. 
  2. Lack of enough iron in the diet. 
  3. Inability to absorb iron in the diet, even if there is plenty in your diet. 

Category of people most susceptible to iron deficiency : 
  1. Women in their reproductive years. 
  2. Vegetarians 
  3. Female endurance athletes. 
  4. Children. 
  5. The elderly.

Oysters, Beef liver, Soybeans, Potato, Beans, Groundnuts, Cashes nuts, Tuna.
