Factors That Destroys The Body

  1. Refined Foods: White Flour Products, White sugar, Industrial tablet salt, Polished Rice, GMOs, e.t.c.
  2. Addictive Chemicals: Colourings, Flavorings, Homogenizers, Sweetners, e.t.c.
  3. Dehydration: Lack of water in our body - we drink other things apart from water when our body cries for water through thirst.
  4. Stress: We don't live in the present anymore.
  5. Environmental Pollutants: Depletion of the ozone layer, etc.
  6. Self destroying habit: Drug addiction, using of bleaching creams, body piercing and tattoos.
