GETTING THE BEST FROM YOUR FRUITS.

  1. Always eat fruits on empty stomach. 
  2. Don't eat any other food immediately after taking your fruits. 
  3. Eat the seeds also, when eating water melon. 
  4. Drops of lemon juiceing water is good drank throughout the day is good for improving level of immunity. Boiled plantain is better than fried.
